Linda George

Executive Director

Linda came to Boston Senior Home Care with a strong background in health care administration and quality assurance and management. A registered nurse, she has worked in both acute and chronic health care settings in Colorado and Massachusetts. She holds a national certification in Nursing Administration from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Prior to assuming the position of Executive Director in October 2004, Linda was the Associate Director of Boston Senior Home Care. She held that position for over twelve years. Linda was the Associate Director of Nursing at Middlesex County Hospital. She has developed education and training programs at the care provider and administrative levels of organizations and is skilled in systems analysis.

Linda has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Loretto Heights College and a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from Framingham State College.


Joanne McMahan

Associate Director

Joanne brings over 25 years of public service experience to her current position of Associate Director of Boston Senior Home Care (BSHC). As the Associate Director, Joanne oversees the agency's direct care programs including Home Care, Senior Care Options, Clinical Assessment and Eligibility, and Group Adult and Adult Foster Care. Joanne also oversees the direct care administrative team.

Prior to joining Boston Senior Home Care in December of 05, Joanne served as an Interim Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Office of Child Care Services (OCCS). As Interim Commissioner, she was responsible for ensuring the health and safety of more than 300,000 children in early education and care programs across the Commonwealth, as well as the administration of the State's $366 million child care subsidy system. Joanne also served as the OCCS's Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Procurement and Contracting. Prior to her tenure at OCCS, Joanne was Assistant Director in the Office of Purchase of Service at the Department of Public Health. She was also employed by the Department of Social Services for several years where she worked in various areas including contract management and foster parent training and recruitment.

Joanne graduated from Worcester State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and from Clark University with a Masters in Public Administration. She also holds a Certificate in Government Auditing from the Donahue Institute at the University of Massachusetts. Additionally, Joanne speaks fluent Greek and is an active volunteer with the Massachusetts Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, serving as the Chapter President of the Board of Trustees.


Anna Cole

Director of Human Resources and Finance

Anna Cole joined Boston Senior Home Care in October of 2001 as Director of Finance and Administration bringing with her more than fifteen years of experience in various areas of Accounting with special emphasis in financial reporting and management. Anna's current responsibilities include oversight of the agency's Fiscal Department, Human Resources Department, and Provider Contracts.

Anna's extensive background includes prior home care experience as she spent three years as the Fiscal Director for Ethos (Southwest Boston Senior Services). She also spent eleven years building a career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts holding various positions starting with that of Staff Auditor, Financial Analyst, Supervisor of Budgets and Cost Accounting, and Financial Administrator.

Anna also has entrepreneurial experience as a Self-Employed Financial Consultant and Tax Specialist. She lived overseas for three years as an expatriate and occasionally taught at TASIS England American School and served as a Business Career College Counselor for the Upper School.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) with a Major in Accounting from Johnson and Wales University, where she was named to "Who's Who Among American Colleges and Universities". She is a Notary Public, Bi-lingual in English-Portuguese, and is licensed in Real Estate Sales.


David Shani

Director of Management Information Systems and Quality Improvement

David is an engineering and technology executive with over 30 years of experience in Management of Information Systems, and has extensive knowledge in IT Operations, international business systems and Manufacturing.

During his career David designed and managed large scale software projects, networked data communications systems, data center hosting infrastructure, product development and organizational infrastructure in a range of industries from small/medium to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining BSHC David held multiple senior MIS positions working for Hadco Corp. Starting in September 1991, David designed, implemented and maintained international network infrastructure (23,000 nodes 21 sites) and supported corporate-wide ERP implementation.

Before his tenure at Hadco, David worked for Optortech LTD. in the Israeli manufacturing facilities (1981-1987) and in the American subsidiary (1987-1991). David's started as an R&D engineer, and later held multiple work assignment with increased responsibilities up to a senior level management positions. During those years David acquired his detailed knowhow of business processes, shop floor control systems and international MIS operations.

David holds a bachelor degree (B.Sc.C.E) in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and is working on a Master degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) in Boston University.



Abigail Mojica

Director of Special Programs

Abigail has a strong background in management, business development and communications. She has over 10 years experience in managing large groups of people in both the non-profit and corporate sectors.

Abigail's background includes in-patient social work at Boston's Children's Hospital, interpreter services for Boston Senior Home Care, Admissions, Public Relations, Outreach and Marketing for the Boston Public schools, and Business Development and Management for Pepsico.

Prior to assuming her position at Boston Senior Home Care in 2008, Abigail managed a three million dollar business across the Northeast Region. She helped with the implementation of targets, forecasting, goals and strategies for a fortune 500 company. Throughout her career she has helped develop recruitment and retention strategies for both employees and consumers. Abigail has served as a motivational speaker, and is certified in Diversity & Inclusion Training.

Abigail has an undergraduate degree in English with a minor in Communications from Alvernia College and is currently completing a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Public Health. She is also Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.



Michael Ridolfi

Director of Health and Client Services

Michael has over 45 years of delivering health care services. He has held increasingly responsible positions ranging from Medical and Surgical Head Nurse, at Pondville Hospital, Associate Director of Patient Services, Visiting Nurse Association of Boston, Administrator of Individual Case Management, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of MA, Clinical Operations Administrator, Health Center and developed and over saw all functions of a Certified Home Health Agency, Alpha Home Health, before coming to Boston Senior Home Care where he is presently the Director of Clinical Services.

Michael started his nursing career as a LPN graduate of Pondville Hospital, an RN graduating from Massasoit Community College with an Associate Degree in Science, received his Bachelors' in Nursing from Northeastern University and a MEd with a concentration in Management and Administration from Cambridge College.
